What You’ll Do
- Support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance and administrative work.
- Act as a junior assistant to the CFO, supporting both professional and operational priorities.

- Assist with budgeting, cash tracking, and simple financial analysis.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for finance and leadership meetings.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-through across teams.
- Jump into ad-hoc projects across finance, operations, and the broader business.
- Follow up on open items and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
