Meroka is a small and ambitious team working to create better experiences across healthcare. Today this includes supporting physician-owned practices with operations, finance, brand, tech and strategy—and building AI products that serve healthcare workers. As we evolve, our focus remains the same: build tools and systems that feel human, practical and thoughtful. We believe in clarity, kindness, speed and long-term thinking. Our tone is warm and confident and never corporate.
This role exists because we are entering a stage where experimentation matters more than perfection. We want someone who sees growth as building, testing, publishing and learning in real time and who thrives when the path is ambiguous. You will be marketing AI products, using AI extensively in your daily work, creating viral content that makes Meroka culturally unavoidable, and coordinating with engineers to ship automated campaigns and systems at speed.
What You’ll Do- Create viral content designed for reach, conversation and cultural cut through including memes, provocative posts and cultural commentary that makes Meroka feel unavoidable.
- Design and ship one to two big creative ideas weekly that prioritise eyeballs, virality and cultural relevance.
- Generate memes and cultural commentary using AI tools reflecting what physicians are actually talking about in real time.
- Balance virality with sustained momentum so attention compounds over time rather than spiking once.
- Ship steady output including short clips, meme variations, cultural observations and reflections.
- Create rhythm and familiarity across platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Instagram, Threads and YouTube.
- Use AI tools fluently to create content at significantly higher speed.
- Design concrete distribution ideas for each pod A B experiment.
- Move experiments forward by getting the right message to the right people at the right time.
- Test hypotheses through targeted, time bound distribution designed for participation and learning.
- Build AI powered workflows and automated systems to scale campaigns with minimal manual work.
- Coordinate with engineers to specify and implement automated marketing systems such as comment tracking, social scheduling, response automation and dashboards.
- Use AI to continuously improve content quality based on performance data and feedback loops.
- Market AI products such as AI voice agents authentically to healthcare workers.
- Explain technical capabilities in human, non corporate terms.
- Prototype product marketing concepts using tools like Figma or Replit.
- Work with engineers to turn lightweight prototypes into real product experiments and iterate based on user feedback.
- Test bold concepts to capture attention and immediately see what resonates.
- Kill ideas fast when they do not land and double down when they do.
- Build in public and close the loop quickly with real user signals.
- Create momentum around Meroka so physicians and partners feel the energy of what we are building.
- Keep burn low by being scrappy, resourceful and creative across every part of the work.
- Has strong instincts for what goes viral on social platforms and knows what makes people stop scrolling, share and talk.
- Is AI native and uses AI tools fluently in daily workflows to move much faster than traditional marketers.
- Understands AI products deeply enough to market them authentically and explain how they work.
- Can create viral content and sustained momentum in parallel and understands the difference between the two.
- Loves meme culture, cultural commentary and capturing zeitgeist moments.
- Can bridge marketing and engineering to specify automated systems and coordinate technical implementations.
- Loves trying things, making things and sharing things.
- Moves fast, learns fast and works with high personal ownership.
- Thrives collaborating in person most of the week.
- Understands how to create work that feels human, fun and memorable.
- Enjoys ambiguity and brings clarity through action.
- Has no ego about iterating or scrapping their own work.
- Values kindness, honesty and consistency even when moving at speed.
- Is driven by curiosity, impact and the joy of building.
- Competitive compensation and health benefits.
- In person collaboration most of the week with a small, energised team.
- Ownership of AI product marketing, viral content creation and experiments that move the company forward.
- A chance to shape both how Meroka shows up in the world and how early AI product ideas take form.
- The freedom to test bold ideas with low burn and fast feedback loops.
- A culture that values clarity, honesty, curiosity and long term thinking.
- An environment where high trust, autonomy and impact are the norm.
- Direct experience marketing cutting edge AI products and building AI powered marketing systems.
- The opportunity to create content that goes viral and builds cultural momentum.
- This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.
