What You\’ll Do

Support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance and administrative work

Act as a junior assistant to the CFO, supporting both professional and operational priorities

Help maintain financial records, reports, invoices, and basic reconciliations

Assist with budgeting, cash tracking, and simple financial analysis

Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics

Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for finance and leadership meetings

Track action items and ensure timely follow-through across teams

Jump into ad-hoc projects across finance, operations, and the broader business

Follow up on open items and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Learn how a growing business operates from the inside

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how senior leaders operate while building strong executive, financial, and operational foundations.
