About the Role:
The Area Service Manager role is a territory-based UK Aftersales team position. Covering an assigned territory and dealer group the role entails full accountability for the day-to-day management of all aftersales matters in the territory.
Reporting directly to the National Aftersales Manager the role is responsible for ensuring the best possible levels of Aftersales performance and customer satisfaction in territory.
This role guides and supports the Merlo dealer network to ensure dealers are supporting end customers efficiently & professionally, whilst adhering to the Merlo dealer standards programme.
You should be a confident communicator, ideally with previous relevant technical & aftersales experience. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships, IT proficient with Microsoft Office & CRM experience. The role requires an element of overnight travel predominantly in the UK, but at times internationally.
