We’re on the hunt for a community‑driven pub manager for a wonderful village pub in Chalfont St. Giles. This thriving pub sits at the heart of the village green, boasts a beautiful back garden for al‑fresco drinks and nibbles, and is well known for its fantastic food offer. Running a Pub for Young’s: we believe pubs should be differentiated and individual. We are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. Freedom is provided within a framework – you decide what goes on the food menu, what events and sales‑driving activities to run, what the team uniform should be, and you look after recruitment, marketing, and all day‑to‑day operations.
