What you'll bring to the team:
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic Wardrobe Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for our brand, take pride in delivering excellent service, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards at all times. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
As a Wardrobe Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining our uniform standards and supporting colleagues across the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Laundering and preparing returned uniforms to ensure the highest levels of hygiene and presentation.
- Assisting colleagues with uniform and ID-related queries at the wardrobe counter.
- Issuing uniforms to new starters.
- Processing uniform returns for departing team members.
- Supporting our Entertainment partner, RWS, by assisting with the laundering, maintenance, and basic repair of costumes used during shows and special events.
- Assisting with the cleaning, care, and ongoing maintenance of our Costume Character outfits.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong computer literacy, especially with Excel and Word.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable using washing machines and tumble driers in a fast-paced environment, as well as having knowledge of laundry labels and washing requirements.
- Experience working in a customer service (desired).
- Basic sewing skills – opportunity to develop within the role (desired).
