The predicted salary is between 8 - 12 € per hour.

Working up to 5 out of 7 days a week, covering hours from 07:30 to 20:00. Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY.

Key Objectives

  • Ensuring and maintaining high standards across the park through tidying and cleaning, both in staff areas and guest-facing areas.
  • Operating tills while practising profit protection policies.
  • Ensuring safety is the number one priority through adherence to company Health & Safety policies.
  • Identifying customers' needs, points of enquiry or feedback, clarifying information and providing solutions.
  • Providing effective and efficient answers to guest contact.
  • Gaining an excellent knowledge of products and attractions to be best equipped to help with queries and feedback, becoming a subject-matter expert.
  • Adhering to the daily plan regarding which area you support at each interval during the day.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring and maintaining high standards across the park and Car Park through tidying and cleaning.
  • Greeting all guests in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Processing guests' purchases through the tills and monitoring product pricing throughout the park stores.
  • Upselling products and services to guests based on their choices and interests.
  • Breaking down deliveries to neatly organise into the stock rooms or put out onto the store, ready for park opening.
  • Cleaning and maintaining our freestyle machines.
  • Providing information, support and appropriate resolutions for customers.
  • Ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to.
  • Noting both positive and negative feedback on the day and providing guests with compensation while staying within the agreed Recovery and Profit Protection standards.
  • Arranging any extra needs for guests (e.g. wheelchairs, ear defenders, Radar Key).
  • Holding guest luggage and ensuring it is returned safely and in good condition.
  • Assisting guests with lost property enquiries and uploading and storing lost property.
  • Being an advocate for safeguarding and first aid by communicating with other departments and the safeguarding officer regarding any safeguarding concerns which may arise within guest services.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be able to speak and read fluently in English.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment (desired but not necessary).
  • Experience of working in a team (desired but not necessary).
  • Experience in previous customer-facing roles (desired but not necessary).
  • Ability to deal with customer complaints with a confident and calm approach.
  • Although not necessary, an FAW or EFAW qualification.
  • Ability to handle confrontational situations.
  • Having confidence with cash handling.
