Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours & Contract: Full time, fully flexible (any 5 days out of 7). Fixed Term until September 2026, hourly paid.

Overview: The Resource Associate supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance processes for frontline staff. They ensure new hires receive engaging inductions, maintain training plans, and help build an inclusive culture that enhances guest KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on-site recruitment activities, including raising requisitions and tracking candidate availability.
  • Deliver engaging site inductions and ensure new hires are fully prepared for their roles.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor training plans for frontline teams.
  • Work closely with operational teams to align skills coverage with business needs and meet health and safety compliance.
  • Support employee performance and conduct processes such as absence management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations in partnership with the UK People Hub.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to Resort Management.
  • Help build an inclusive culture that positively impacts guest KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in HR, administrative, or resource coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with new hire onboarding, training delivery, and employee relations processes.
  • Experience in resource planning and working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong operational and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate across teams.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills for delivering inductions and training.
