What you’ll bring to the team:

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort we are recruiting for a People Business Partner to join our AWESOME People Team! Our People Business Partner plays a pivotal role in operational partnering at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, developing a strategic workforce plan in order to build leadership capability, embed new ways of working and support the Resort with navigating change. You will work closely with the management team onsite, upskilling and coaching them in taking ownership of their line reports and developing their management skills to create and embed a team of confident and capable leaders.

As a strategic Business Partner you will work alongside the UK People Hub to implement comprehensive talent and succession plans, aligning the talent strategy with the wider people plan and development of existing employees to create a robust and clear talent pipeline. Working closely with the Senior People Business Partner you will deliver the pay and benefits agenda, ensuring consistency with attraction and regional standards for pay review rollouts.

Onsite the People Business Partner will address and support line managers with complex employee relations cases, ensuring business and employee risk is managed and legal obligations are adhered to at all times, and case data is collated appropriately. The People Business Partner will drive engagement across the resort, utilising culture survey data to implement positive and inclusive change, with meaningful engagement initiatives and activations that will positively impact our employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a People / HR Business Partner role in a large‑scale organisation is essential
  • Must have previous experience with coaching leaders and embedding organisational change
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law, employee relations policies and HR operations is essential
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to interpret data insights to drive decisions and implement change
  • An excellent problem solver, with a practical, solution‑based mindset and exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic, with strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills
  • Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above is advantageous
