Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7‑day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

As an Operations Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. You will take ownership of creating and managing rosters across departments, balancing operational needs, budget requirements and labour compliance. Beyond day‑to‑day scheduling, you’ll act as a subject‑matter expert in workforce planning, spotting resourcing risks early, supporting recruitment planning, and driving continuous improvements in how resources are planned and deployed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in workforce planning, operations scheduling or resource management
  • Background in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment such as hospitality, leisure, retail or attractions
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance requirements and workforce best practice
  • Experience using scheduling tools, workforce management systems and operational planning data
  • Payroll management experience is preferable
  • Ability to analyse resourcing models and KPIs to drive cost efficiency and performance improvement
  • High level of attention to detail, particularly around rosters, reporting and payroll inputs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence partnering across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with planning systems is desirable
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing operational demands
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, safety and guest experience
