Hours: Shift patterns vary slightly with our operational calendar. 3 on (late) – 2 off – 2 on (early) – 3 off – 2 on (late) – 2 off. Winter hours Monday – Friday

Here at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are busy prepping for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for a Mechanical Ride Engineer to join our AWESOME Technical Services team! As a Mechanical Ride Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on our iconic rides and attractions, ensuring they are well maintained, operating efficiently and in adherence with HSE guidance and statutory requirements. You’ll be an advocate for all aspects of ride safety, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, safety checks and daily start up procedures. Our engineering team will respond effectively to ride shutdowns, facilitating excellent ride availability for our guests and, of course, will document all maintenance paperwork to a high standard, in accordance with HSE guidance (HSG175).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified to a City & Guild, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent within a Mechanical Engineering / Technician discipline
- Experience of working within a heavy industrial / automated environment such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Airport or Theme Park
- Experience of PPM Systems of Work
- Fault Finding/Diagnostics
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
