Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, across a 7‑day rota (any 5 days out of 7) including weekends and bank holidays. A mixture of early shifts (7am start), mid shifts and late shifts (10pm finish) on a rotational basis.

As Accommodation Manager, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations across the accommodation function, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, high‑quality stay. You will lead operational excellence by maintaining outstanding standards across our Front of House function including all areas of Reception, Concierge and Leisure, while working collaboratively with wider resort teams to quickly resolve challenges and continuously improve performance.
You will play a key role in fostering a high‑performing, engaged team by coaching, developing, and inspiring individuals to deliver their best. Through regular feedback, performance management, and recognition, you will create a positive and inclusive working environment that champions growth and accountability. A strong focus on guest experience will underpin everything you do. You will monitor satisfaction metrics, respond proactively to feedback, and ensure any issues are resolved effectively, always striving to exceed expectations and enhance the overall resort experience.
The Accommodation Manager will undertake the position of Hotel Duty Manager on a rotational basis, acting as the first point of contact for both our guests and our team members. In addition, you will ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security standards, taking a proactive approach to risk management and incident response. You will also contribute to operational reviews, support business objectives, and help drive continuous improvement across accommodation services.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in accommodation, hotel, or resort operations, including housekeeping and/or front office
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of developing and motivating high‑performing teams
- Guest‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong operational and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Ability to analyse data and performance metrics to drive improvements and informed decision‑making
