We have new Retail Host positions available for this 2026 season here at Warwick Castle, the UK’s most exciting Castle! Help us unleash over 1000 years of excitement, discovery and jaw-dropping unique experiences for our guests by joining our focused and close-knit retail team.
As a Retail Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests in one of our many retail units spread across our 64 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens. This role will see you utilising a degree of physical exertion, having to walk between stores and shops carrying boxes of items. You will be offering a warm welcome and encouraging visitors to stock up on memorable merchandise, upselling where applicable.
With your eye for detail, you will ensure the gift shops are always fully stocked and looking presentable. You will be open to suggesting products that our guests may want to purchase and will be on hand to assist our customers with any queries they may have. With your helpful nature and world-class customer service, you will always look to boost revenue and smash daily targets.
This is a flexible, fixed-term position, contracted through to January 2027. Shifts will vary with a minimum of 5 hours up to 37.5 hours per week. Due to the nature of our business, you will be required to have good availability, working term time, school holiday periods, weekends and bank holidays as well as evening events throughout the year. The openings we have can only accommodate those who can start working with us ideally in the first week of July 2026. Unfortunately, your application cannot be considered if you cannot start before Monday, 13th July 2026.
