What you’ll bring to the team

Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2NE

Hours: Fixed term contract to 15th November 2026, Full Time, 5 out of 7 days a week, must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of uniforms to team members across the entire resort.
  • Wash returned uniforms to maintain hygiene and high standards.
  • Serve at the counter to support uniform and ID‑related queries.
  • Issue new uniforms to new starters.
  • Process uniform returns from those leaving the business.
  • Clean and maintain uniforms to a high standard within a reasonable time frame.
  • Support with inductive delivery of uniforms for new hires.
  • Process departing team members – returning uniform and issuing charges for lost items.
  • Serve daily at the counter to support uniform‑related queries.
  • Perform daily laundry duties: use industrial laundry machines, assess quality, repair, and hang uniforms.
  • Maintain a hygienic, presentable environment: dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, empty bins, and keep all workspaces clean.
  • Carry out uniform checks every two weeks in the park and park hotels to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Positive attitude and enjoyment of teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role desirable.
  • Over 18 years old.
  • Basic sewing skills desired.
