What you’ll bring to the team
Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2NE
Hours: Fixed term contract to 15th November 2026, Full Time, 5 out of 7 days a week, must have weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of uniforms to team members across the entire resort.
- Wash returned uniforms to maintain hygiene and high standards.
- Serve at the counter to support uniform and ID‑related queries.
- Issue new uniforms to new starters.
- Process uniform returns from those leaving the business.
- Clean and maintain uniforms to a high standard within a reasonable time frame.
- Support with inductive delivery of uniforms for new hires.
- Process departing team members – returning uniform and issuing charges for lost items.
- Serve daily at the counter to support uniform‑related queries.
- Perform daily laundry duties: use industrial laundry machines, assess quality, repair, and hang uniforms.
- Maintain a hygienic, presentable environment: dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, empty bins, and keep all workspaces clean.
- Carry out uniform checks every two weeks in the park and park hotels to ensure standards are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role desirable.
- Over 18 years old.
- Basic sewing skills desired.
