What you’ll bring to the team Vice President, Transformation - Operations Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Vice President, Transformation – Operations will lead the development and delivery of Merlin’s global operations transformation agenda.
This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing a multi-year transformation strategy that drives operational excellence, business performance, innovation, and sustainable growth across the organisation.
The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of complex strategic initiatives, ensuring effective governance, prioritisation, delivery, and value realisation.
Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, they will champion technology‑enabled transformation, modernise operating models, and embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and change adoption across global teams.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key external stakeholders, the VP will build high‑performing transformation and delivery capabilities, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and leverage digital, data, automation, and AI solutions to enhance efficiency, guest experience, and commercial outcomes.
