Merlin's Chessington World of Adventures Resort is seeking a Head of Park Operations to lead the day-to-day operation of the Theme Park, ensuring safe, efficient and unforgettable guest experiences while achieving ambitious operational and commercial objectives.

Reporting to Resort Operations and Experience Director, you will provide strategic leadership across rides, admissions, guest services and queue management, driving performance in guest satisfaction, ride availability and revenue.
