We are seeking open and friendly front of house colleagues to be the first point of contact our guests have at our Scarefest attractions. As a Scarefest Attraction Host you'll work in our Scarefest attractions providing great customer service to thousands of guests each day during our extremely popular Halloween event, Scarefest, whilst also ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. As part of this team, you’ll be on hand to ensure our guests have a great experience by providing a helping hand around the Resort, giving directions, and solving issues.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working front of house at our Scarefest attractions with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Engaging with a variety of guests to provide exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with guest queries and ensuring their needs are met
  • Managing queues and crowd control situations
  • Reporting any operational issues or incidents to the Scarefest Attractions Supervisor
  • Supporting in daily presentational duties outside of our attractions

Contracts will run from August – early November 2026. The role can either be full or part time and will include weekends.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A flexible attitude when it comes to availability, weekend working will be required
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to create a positive guest experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, including in the dark
  • Ready to take on responsibility and ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Able to work by themselves and as part of a team
