About the Role:
As a Ride Host, you’ll be the face of Alton Towers Resort, ensuring all our guests have a magical and safe experience. You’ll be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our world-class rides, helping to create memories for families, friends, and thrill-seekers!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working on our rides and attractions with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with guest queries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Managing queues, helping guests access rides safely, and ensuring everyone follows safety procedures.
- Reporting any operational issues or incidents to the operator.
- Support in daily presentational duties of our rides and attractions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Due to the nature of this role we can only accept applications from candidates 18 and over.
- Have full time availability to work any 5 out of 7 days.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Ready to take on responsibility and ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Able to work by themselves and as part of a team.
- A head for heights would be beneficial.
- No previous experience is necessary! We provide full training to all team members.
