We are recruiting a Senior Global Partnership Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of high-value global partnerships that strengthen our brand, deliver commercial value, and enhance guest experiences across Merlin's world-renowned attractions. Based in London, this role is responsible for managing strategic partner relationships, driving successful activations across international markets, and identifying opportunities for future growth.
As the trusted lead for key global partners, you will work closely with teams across Brand, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Digital, Finance, and Legal to ensure partnerships deliver against business objectives while creating meaningful value for our partners and guests.
You'll use data, insights, and market trends to optimise performance, develop innovative opportunities, and help shape Merlin's global partnership strategy.
