- Ability to work across multiple areas including retail shop floor, tills and bar
- A proactive approach to upselling products and meeting targets
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and merchandising
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be 18+ (due to serving alcohol)
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is desirable
- Comfortable handling cash and operating tills
- Confident serving alcohol and adhering to licensing requirements
- Basic understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage guests at all levels
