We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join Merlin Magic Making, the creative heart of Merlin, where ideas become immersive, story-driven experiences enjoyed by millions around the world. This role puts you right at the centre of that journey, helping turn ambitious ideas into unforgettable guest experiences across the globe. If you’re highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing structure to complex projects, this is your chance to support the delivery of unforgettable guest experiences, from concept through to completion.

This role sits at the heart of our global Project Delivery team. You’ll work across multiple regions, supporting Project Managers and Directors with coordination, governance and reporting, ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards. From managing documentation and financial tracking to supporting executive reviews and stakeholder communication, you’ll help turn big ideas into reality. This is a permanent, full-time role, based at our Merlin Technical Hub (right next to Thorpe Park!). The requirement of this role is at least 3 days per week in the office.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a coordination or project support role, ideally within construction, engineering or a similar environment
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with changing demands
  • Financial awareness, with experience supporting budgets, cost tracking or reporting
  • Strong systems skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with Smartsheet or MS Project as a bonus
  • Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders across different levels and regions
  • Detail-focused, with the ability to manage documentation and present information clearly
  • Proactive mindset, able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
