We’re on the lookout for a brilliantly organised Personal Assistant to support some of our most senior leaders, including SVP/VP of growth. This isn’t your standard PA role. It’s fast, demanding and right at the centre of the action. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving, untangles chaos before it happens and makes the complex feel effortless. From juggling packed calendars across time zones to coordinating travel that actually works in the real world, you’ll be the calm, capable force behind the scenes. You’ll handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted go-to for getting things done properly. When priorities shift, you shift with them. When challenges pop up, you’re already one step ahead. If you like being relied on, enjoy variety and take pride in running a tight ship, you’ll fit right in. This is a full‑time, permanent role based at our head office in London.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in supporting an Executive and/or senior management in a similar busy and fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and administration skills; highly organised and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing complex international travel arrangements.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills (prioritising, diary management, record keeping, follow ups).
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, effectively multi‑task and work well under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including a good command of the English language.
  • Ability to process sensitive and complex material, analyse and filter information into a presentable and logical format, whilst maintaining confidence.
  • Proven ability to work independently and exercise good judgement in decision making.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A pro‑active, self‑starting approach.
