What you'll bring to the team
We're looking for a Technical Services Helpdesk Administrator to join our London Gateway Attractions team.
You'll be at the heart of our Technical Services operation, helping to coordinate maintenance activity, support compliance processes and keep our facilities systems running smoothly across our attractions.
This is where you come in.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for Technical Services requests across our London attractions.
You'll manage maintenance work orders through our facilities management system, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activity and ensure requests are tracked through to completion.
You'll also support the wider Technical Management team by maintaining compliance records, assisting with contractor administration and keeping key documentation organised and up to date.
Working closely with Facilities teams, contractors and suppliers, you'll help ensure our attractions remain safe, compliant and ready to welcome guests every day.
This is a fixed-term, one-year contract, working full-time Monday to Friday.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in an administrative, helpdesk, facilities or maintenance coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accurate records.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Comfortable working with systems and databases, ideally within a facilities, maintenance or compliance environment.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work independently while building effective working relationships across teams.
