What you'll bring to the team

We’re looking for a highly organized and delivery focused Senior Planning Manager to act as the operational backbone of our UK go-to-market function. In this role, you will drive the translation of strategy into structured, high-quality execution, working closely with the Head of Planning to ensure all campaigns, initiatives, and workstreams are clearly defined, coordinated, and delivered on time.

You will bring clarity, control, and momentum to a fast-paced environment by owning end-to-end visibility of all in-flight activity, coordinating plans and milestones, and embedding strong operating rhythms across teams. This includes establishing planning cycles and governance frameworks, tracking progress, and proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep delivery on track.

You will play a key role in aligning cross-functional teams across Marketing, Commercial, CRM, Product, and regions, driving accountability and transparency, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in project management, marketing operations, or go-to-market execution roles within complex organisations.
  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive on-time delivery in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Experience working within marketing, commercial, or digital functions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with planning and workflow tools (e.g., project management platforms, campaign trackers).
