We are recruiting a Senior Global Partnership Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of high-value global partnerships that strengthen our brand, deliver commercial value, and enhance guest experiences across Merlin's world-renowned attractions. Based in London, this role is responsible for managing strategic partner relationships, driving successful activations across international markets, and identifying opportunities for future growth.
As the trusted lead for key global partners, you will work closely with teams across Brand, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Digital, Finance, and Legal to ensure partnerships deliver against business objectives while creating meaningful value for our partners and guests. You'll use data, insights, and market trends to optimise performance, develop innovative opportunities, and help shape Merlin's global partnership strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys bringing complex partnerships to life.
Qualifications & Experience
- Significant experience managing high-value partnerships within global or multi-market environments.
- A proven track record of delivering commercial results through strategic partnership management.
- Experience negotiating complex contracts, renewals, partnership expansions, and new commercial opportunities.
- Strong background working within brand, marketing, commercial partnerships, sponsorship, licensing, or related functions.
- Experience leading partnership activations and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders and regions.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, evaluate performance, and develop business cases.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Commercial Partnerships, or a related field.
