What you’ll bring to the team
We’re looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead the operational delivery of digital campaigns across our portfolio of attractions. This is a hands-on role for an experienced eCommerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning campaign strategies into seamless digital experiences.
You will be responsible for managing campaign execution across web and app platforms, building and optimising landing pages, overseeing onsite merchandising, and ensuring every digital campaign launches on time and to the highest standard. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, CRM, Paid Media, Product, and regional teams, you’ll use data and insights to drive performance, improve conversion, and deliver exceptional customer journeys.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in eCommerce, digital trading, or online merchandising within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), customer journey optimisation, and digital trading principles.
- Experience building and managing web content, landing pages, and onsite merchandising activities.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse large data sets and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with web analytics platforms, A/B testing, and test-and-learn methodologies.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with the Accesso platform is highly desirable.
- Experience within the leisure, travel, entertainment, or hospitality sectors would be advantageous.
