We’re on the lookout for Logistics & Stock Replenishment Hosts to join our vibrant team at the London Eye - one of the most iconic views in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure retail locations stay stocked, organised, and guest‑ready by processing daily stock and replenishing the sales floor.
  • Stock shelves, displays, and fixtures in a neat, visually appealing way.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
  • Unpack, sort, price, and record new merchandise accurately.
  • Participate in shop floor moves and maintain strong merchandise presentation.
  • Check incoming deliveries, report discrepancies, and organise backstock in designated storage areas.
  • Support inventory control tasks including cycle counts, stock takes, transfers, and damaged merchandise processing.
  • Set up and update displays, seasonal promotions, and product pricing.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while meeting productivity expectations.
  • Assist guests with locating items, providing basic product information, and handling simple POS tasks when needed.
  • Answer guest questions and connect them with retail associates for additional support.

This is a fixed term contract. The London Eye is open daily and so we do require a flexible attitude towards working hours as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Due to the nature of this role we can only accept applications from candidates a minimum age of 18 years.
  • Able to work from season start through contract end, including religious and public holidays and weekends.
  • Retail, stock, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not essential (full training provided).
  • Comfortable handling alcoholic products within licensed premises.
  • Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 17kg, perform repetitive tasks, and use trolleys, pallet trucks (including electric), and roll cages.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented with a positive, guest‑focused approach.
  • Comfortable using electronic scanners and paper‑based stock systems.
