Your Role:
- Offer a warm welcome and answer curious questions.
- Work in admissions or retail, helping guests get their day started swimmingly.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every visitor has a fun, educational, and unforgettable experience.
- Share your passion for the weird, wonderful, and totally gross creatures of the ocean.
This is a seasonal contract offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is key, as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Friendly, hardworking, and full of energy – with a big "can-do" attitude.
- A natural communicator with excellent listening and motivational skills.
- Experienced in customer-facing roles and confident in upselling and promoting products.
