We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Head of eCommerce Planning to translate our global Go-To-Market (GTM) trading calendar into high-performing, insight-led digital campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy and execution - owning how campaigns come to life across our eCommerce ecosystem. You will drive conversion, revenue, and customer value by combining data-led planning with exceptional onsite execution and operational excellence. You will shape the frameworks, rhythms, and governance that underpin best-in-class digital delivery, while remaining close to execution - actively building campaigns, optimising journeys, and ensuring we move at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate GTM plans into effective digital campaigns across eCommerce channels
  • Lead onsite merchandising and execute campaigns within the CMS
  • Optimise journeys, content, and UX to drive conversion and AOV
  • Use data to plan, test, and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Own forecasting, reporting, and commercial outcomes
  • Streamline workflows and remove blockers to improve pace and efficiency
  • Align cross-functional and regional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in eCommerce planning, digital trading, forecasting, analytics, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of leading planning processes across global or multi-market environments.
  • Strong experience in digital forecasting, commercial planning cycles, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrable success in working within matrixed structures and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4), and trading KPIs.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing, Product, Data, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
