We are looking for passionate Guest Excellence Hosts to join our team at Alton Towers Resort. In this role, you will be the face of our Resort, ensuring that every guest has a magical experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all our guests feel valued and welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, addressing their needs and queries with a smile.
- Enhance the Guest Experience: Engage with guests to ensure they have a memorable visit, offering information about attractions, events, and services that are available.
- Handle Guest Feedback: Listen to guest feedback, both positive and negative, and respond appropriately to ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Assist in Guest Resolution: Actively seek solutions to guest issues and ensure a seamless experience throughout their visit.
Due to the nature of this role we are only able to accept applications from candidates 18 and over. You should have a genuine enthusiasm for helping others and creating unforgettable experiences. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with guests and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to changing circumstances is crucial. A friendly and approachable personality is key to making every guest feel welcome and appreciated.
