Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
- Experience within hospitality, events, leisure, tourism, or attractions is advantageous.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain exceptional standards of presentation and professionalism.
- Experience delivering high-quality guest experiences is preferred.
