We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Operations Compliance & Improvement Team. Working closely with our Operations Specialists, you'll play a key role in helping Thorpe Park Resort operate safely, efficiently and to the highest standards, supporting both our frontline teams and the experiences we create for our guests.

As an Operations Associate, you will support operational excellence across the Resort through compliance activities, investigations, operational support and continuous improvement initiatives. From facilitating Employee Relations processes and supporting operational teams with escalated issues, to maintaining key operational documentation and driving improvements in safety and efficiency, you'll be a trusted partner to frontline teams and an important contributor to delivering exceptional experiences for both guests and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience within theme park operations, operational management or a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of HSG-175 and operational compliance requirements.
  • Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across a variety of teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting performance management, investigations or employee relations processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a passion for safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
