What you'll bring to the team:
We're recruiting for a Hotel Front Office Host at Thorpe Park Resort. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy creating memorable experiences, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and helping to ensure every stay is unforgettable on an island like no other.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming guests to the Shark Cabins, checking them in and out, and ensuring they have everything they need for a great stay.
- Managing guest luggage, keeping the Cabins Shop stocked, and maintaining high standards through daily and weekly checks.
- Working closely with Housekeeping on room allocations, cabin status, and special guest requirements.
- Handling guest feedback and queries professionally, while caring for guest property and following all procedures.
- Sharing information about the Resort, encouraging guest feedback, and helping create memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Due to the nature of this role we can only accept applications from candidates 18 and over.
- A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences for every guest.
- A trustworthy and professional approach when handling guest property.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial, but not essential if you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
