As a People Operations Coordinator, you will help create great experiences behind the scenes by being the first point of contact for employees and managers across the UK.

From answering HR queries and providing guidance on policies and processes to supporting payroll, benefits, recruitment, and people systems, you'll help make every interaction feel seamless, supportive, and human.

You will work at the heart of our UK People Hub, bringing clarity, care, and confidence to every conversation.

Whether you're resolving queries, supporting colleagues with our HR systems, or collaborating with specialist teams, you'll play an important role in helping people find the support they need, when they need it.

You'll also help us continuously improve the way we work.

From maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting activities to identifying opportunities to enhance processes and knowledge resources, you'll contribute to a people service that's efficient, compliant, and focused on creating the best possible employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service, HR, contact centre, or shared services environment.
  • A good understanding of HR processes, policies, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • A passion for helping people and delivering a great customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Exposure to HR systems such as HRIS platforms, ATS, LMS, or Service Now would be an advantage.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with empathy and active listening at the heart of your approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a busy, changing environment.
  • A curiosity for learning and a desire to continuously improve the way things are done.
