We are Madame Tussauds London, and we are looking for an Attraction Manager to take centre stage. This is your chance to lead the heart of our operation, shaping every part of the guest experience while driving exceptional standards in safety, service and performance.

At Madame Tussauds London, no two days are the same. One moment you're leading teams through a record-breaking peak, the next you're launching a major event, improving the guest journey or ensuring world-class experiences for thousands of visitors from around the globe. This is a role for someone who thrives in the spotlight, loves leading people and takes pride in turning great operations into unforgettable memories.

Working closely with the Head of Operations and senior leadership team, you will lead Attraction Supervisors, Ride Operators and front-line teams across the attraction. You will oversee guest flow, ride operations, safety standards and service delivery, balancing operational excellence with memorable guest experiences. From supporting major events and attraction launches to developing future leaders and driving continuous improvement, you will play a key role in the success of one of the UK's most visited attractions.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in London, working 5 days out of 7, averaging 40 hours per week. Flexibility is essential, including weekends, bank holidays and occasional event support, as our attraction operates seven days a week.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Have experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Be confident managing complex daily operations while maintaining high standards of safety and service
  • Have experience overseeing guest flow, volume management and operational performance within a high-footfall attraction, leisure or hospitality environment
  • Understand safety-critical operations and be confident making decisions under pressure
  • Have experience managing labour spend, staffing plans and operational resources to meet business demand
  • Be comfortable analysing operational performance and identifying opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and efficiency
  • Have a strong understanding of health, safety and compliance within a customer-facing operation
  • Build strong relationships across departments and work collaboratively to deliver business objectives
  • Be an engaging people leader with experience recruiting, coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Have experience identifying talent and building succession plans for future growth
  • Communicate clearly, confidently and effectively at all levels
  • Be organised, adaptable and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Take a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Lead by example, bringing accountability, positivity and high standards to everything you do
