The Role
As part of our production team, you will:
- Assemble and manufacture timber frames in a fast-paced environment
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Follow technical drawings and adhere to quality control processes
- Meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards
- Keep workspaces—including workshop mezzanine, stores, and external storage—clean and organized
- Ensure raw materials stored outside are properly covered
- Support scheduling and workshop preparation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in carpentry, joinery, or timber frame assembly (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift or sideloader experience (preferred but not essential)
- Team player with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
