At Merlin Magic Making (MMM), we bring imagination to life through world‑class attractions and immersive destinations across the globe. As a Creative Producer, you will play a central role in shaping those experiences! Managing projects from early concept development all the way through to on‑site delivery. Your work will help ensure that every attraction we create is engaging, guest‑focused, and true to Merlin’s creative vision.
In this role, you’ll manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, keeping them on‑brand, on‑brief, on‑time, and on‑budget. You’ll partner closely with Project Management to develop schedules and keep milestones on track, while facilitating strong collaboration across Creative, Ops, Brand, Marketing, and external partners. Building strong communication channels will be key, especially as you work with multidisciplinary designers, suppliers, and global IP partners such as LEGO®.
You’ll also contribute directly to creative development, helping transform ambitious ideas into practical, deliverable experiences. Whether you’re supporting tender processes, shaping the guest journey, or helping direct onsite implementation, you’ll balance creativity with practicality. Throughout each project, you’ll play an active role in strategy, cost tracking, risk management, and continuous improvement, all while ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety expectations, and operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience delivering attraction projects, immersive experiences, or location based themed entertainment.
- Strong understanding of visitor attraction operations and guest centric design.
- Understanding of, and ability to read architectural plans, elevations and supporting technical materials for production and fabrication purposes.
- Background or experience in spatial design with knowledge of guest flow, circulation standards and capacity planning for varying scales of attractions and experiences.
- Able to manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, managing creative timelines and team coordination.
- Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and IP partners.
- Confident project manager with excellent communication skills with proven examples of cross-team collaboration.
- Proactive, solutions focused, and able to drive meetings and action plans.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big picture view.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and supplier assessment and negotiation.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, content producers, AV, technical production, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Curiosity about audience trends and entertainment market insights.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and reading technical drawings is advantageous.
