Hotel Front of House Assistant - Nights at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. This role is based at the Windsor theme park and involves delivering a 5-star experience to guests during overnight stays in one of our three hotels.
Location and Hours
Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full Time, 10:00pm – 07:00am on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern
Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2026
Responsibilities
- Provide guest service in the open plan reception area, including evening audits and answering guest queries to ensure a memorable overnight stay.
- Check guests in and out, provide hotel or park information, explain room types, and collect guest feedback in real time.
- Maintain guests and their experience at the forefront of all actions.
- Act as a safety lead when required (e.g. fire extinguisher audits) with a focus on health and safety.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of working within a hotel in a Front of House or Receptionist role is essential.
- Due to the hours, candidates must be over the age of 18.
- Appropriate transport arrangements for night shift work.
- A motivated person who seeks opportunities for excellence throughout the night shift.
- Full-time availability – any 4 nights out of 7.
