Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are busy prepping for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for a Commercial Specialist to join our AWESOME Commercial Team!
Responsibilities
- Oversee stock allocation into the resort, ensuring the right products reach the right locations at the right time.
- Monitor stock levels in the resort management system, maintain optimal fulfilment, and conduct regular audits to ensure physical stock aligns with system records, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure merchandising and pricing strategies are implemented in line with global direction; regularly review pricing displays and maintain accuracy across all commercial areas.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure trading standards and legislative requirements are met; keep compliance documentation up to date and implement procedural changes in response to regulatory updates.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures; contribute to weekly operational reviews and ensure timely follow‑up of actions.
- Act as the triage point for facilities, technical, IT, and People team queries; assist with employee‑relations matters to help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Build strong relationships with on‑site partners and global teams, acting as a key communication link to align on commercial and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager to maintain an efficient internal delivery schedule and develop relationships with logistics providers for timely and cost‑effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with Group Health, Safety & Security policies, report risks promptly, lead incident responses where required, and contribute ideas to support a strong safety culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or commercial management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, with significant experience utilising data analysis to inform and drive decision making.
- Familiarity with inventory management and pricing systems.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to streamline and improve operational processes.
- High accuracy in stock, merchandising, and compliance‑related work.
- Effective problem‑solving skills, using data to inform decisions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

About The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort: We are looking for a Commercial Specialist to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
