Accommodation Front Line Lead – Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY. Hours: Full time, across a 7-day rota, with shifts between 7am and 10pm on a rotational basis. Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid, £13ph.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of Hotel Front of House Assistants as they greet guests on arrival, assist with check-ins, and book dining, swimming pool, and Adventure Golf slots.
  • Provide hints and tips to maximise guests’ stay and ensure a high standard of guest interaction across all touchpoints (gate checks, in-person feedback handling with immediacy).
  • Coaching, developing and empowering the front-line team to deliver and exceed guest KPI targets while adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Be the first point of contact for escalated guest feedback and maintain a calm, professional manner.
  • Work with the wider Hotel management team to recruit, train, coach and develop the front-line team and explore ways to celebrate success and create moments of excellence for guests.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer facing role within a Hotel or Hospitality function.
  • Ideally experience in a team leader function, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; previous use of Opera PMS is advantageous.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods in a deskless reception area with self-check-in screens.
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting to assist guests with luggage.
