As a Retail Host you will be the first point of contact for our guests in one of our retail units. This is a 64 acres site with units positioned all around this area which has different gradients. Successful applicants would be required to be positioned at all retail outlets and be comfortable in doing so.
Offering a warm welcome and encouraging visitors to stock up on merchandise, you’ll need to help make sure the shop is always fully stocked and looking presentable. You’ll also have the confidence to suggest products that our guests may want to purchase or be on hand to assist our customers with any queries they may have. You'll always strive to boost revenue and smash daily targets while demonstrating world-class customer service.
This is a seasonal, fixed-term position, contracted until 3rd of January 2027. Shifts will vary with a minimum of 5 hours up to 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of our business, we are looking for flexibility & good availability. Working term time, school holiday periods, weekends, and bank holidays. Evening shifts will be available throughout the year including over Halloween and throughout the Christmas period. Successful applicants will need to be available on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th October for a 2 day induction.
