Warwick Castle offers a variety of accommodationfor our guests tochoosefrom.There isthe Warwick Castle Hotel, where guests are dined and entertained like royalty before retreating to the stunning medieval-inspired rooms. We haveour exclusive suites hidden within the castles 14thcentury towers tothemagical Knights Village lodgesas well asglamping tents.
Reporting to the Hotel Duty Managers, youthe Hotel Receptionistwillassistthe team in ensuring the friendly and efficientservices fromarrival and departure of our guests.
In this Hotel Receptionist position, you willfindno two days are the same. Fromproviding guests with information needed throughout their stay, to helping guests check in and check out,you’llbe trainedtohave good working knowledge of room types, facilities, and locations within the hotels.
Youwillbe on have to help with anyguestissues,managing potentialcomplaintseffectively, passing on any relevant information to the Hotel Duty Manager.In addition,youwillbetrained toassistintheunlikely eventofsiteevacuations and contact emergency services as and whenrequired.
This is a Seasonal position, offering varied shift Patterns7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, 3pm-11pm, working a5dayweek which willincludeweekends and bank holidays.
