As part of our team, you’ll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable stays for every guest.

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of guests.
  • Every day is different – you’ll go above and beyond to deliver impeccable customer service, tailoring your approach to each guest’s needs and ensuring rooms are spotless and ready for their next adventure.
  • Whether handling guest queries, resolving problems, or sharing compliments, you’ll be the go-to person for making stays at Warwick Castle truly magical.

This is a seasonal contract with guaranteed 5 hours per week. Shifts are a mix of 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, and flexibility is essential as weekends and bank holidays are part of the adventure.
