We are seeking a talented Technical Lead to drive both strategy and delivery across enterprise-wide digital and commerce initiatives. This is a high-impact position within the Digital & Data division, responsible for enabling secure, seamless, and scalable digital identity journeys across our global guest-facing platforms.
- Leading the Front-end design and optimisation of digital and commerce technology solutions - from APIs to front-end experiences.
- Hands-on Full-Stack development, design and review of solutions - with a focus on JavaScript (Angular) and API-first/headless architectures.
- Manage mission-critical systems with a focus on high availability, cloud reliability (Azure/AWS), and proactive risk mitigation.
- Technology leadership with strong hands-on capability in Front-End development (JavaScript, Angular).
- Proven background in digital commerce platforms, building customer-facing solutions that are scalable, performant, and user-friendly.
- Solid experience in cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS) – not necessarily deep DevOps, but you understand how things should run at scale.
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and delivery partners – from technical leadership to ensuring accountability.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, component-based architecture, and responsive design.
