Merlin Entertainments is recruiting Hotel Receptionists for Alton Towers Resort. You will join the Hotels team in a fast-paced front-desk role, greeting guests, processing check-ins/check-outs, and handling queries with a friendly, professional approach.
The position requires flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, including early 7am-3pm and late 2:30pm-10:30pm shifts. Must be 18 or over and capable of delivering excellent guest service.
