Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for entertainment and tourism? Ready to take on three of London’s most iconic attractions? We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, supporting The lastminute.com London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium and Shrek’s Adventure! London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing direction of these world-renowned attractions, ensuring we continue to deliver unforgettable experiences to millions of guests each year.
Reporting to the Marketing Director – London, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven, innovative marketing campaigns that boost brand relevance, drive footfall and revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction. As part of the Marketing Business Partner team, you’ll work closely with the operational teams at each attraction, as well as our global and regional marketing specialists in areas such as E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Content, Brand, Corporate Affairs and more. You’ll be the crucial link between local business needs and our global marketing function.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead integrated, insight-led marketing campaigns aligned to business goals
- Partner with Operations to bring marketing strategies to life across all three attractions
- Work collaboratively with global brand teams to ensure consistency across marketing activities
- Leverage consumer insights and analytics to drive commercial performance and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate across functions including Revenue Management, Trade Sales and Digital to maximise impact
- Manage marketing budgets and report on performance and ROI
- Contribute to regional marketing strategy, ensuring global campaigns are tailored for the UK market
- Inspire and lead any direct reports, fostering creativity and collaboration
- Experience in marketing management roles, ideally in entertainment, tourism, hospitality or retail
- Strong track record of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- A customer-first mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Experience managing a small team
