Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 (immediate start)

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Ride Operators to join our AWESOME Resort Operations Team!
As a Ride Operator at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort you will be working in a hands-on role, operating our rides and always striving to provide memorable experiences, whether you’re working on the iconic Dragon coaster or driving the LEGOLAND Express Train, you will seek out ways to put the thrill into our guest’s day.
More importantly, you will be adhering to all health and safety training and regulations according to each individual ride offering. Duties will include but are not limited to; height checking our guests to ensure they meet the minimum height requirement to safely ride, batching guests safely into ride vehicles, operating the rides using detailed and comprehensive operational panels (having undergone significant and thorough Rides and Health & Safety training) and ensuring your training is up to date so you are compliant with evacuation and emergency procedures.
Our guests visit LEGOLAND Windsor to spend a memorable day with their families, and every interaction that our Rides & Attractions team have should be delivered in a positive, friendly and helpful manner. Whether you’re checking lap bars, height checking or even walking across the resort to the staff canteen, you should be making magic (and increasing efficiency) at every opportunity.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must be over the age of 18. Applications from candidates under the age of 18 will not be considered due to the health and safety critical nature of this role.
- You will be proud to deliver excellent customer service, always seeking out opportunities to surpriseand delight our guests and have a bright smile regardless of the weather!
- You must be comfortable to undertake comprehensive health & safety training and assessments, always seeking new ways to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
- A clear and confident communicator
- Comfortable with lone working and standing for long periods of time
- Comfortable to work in an outdoor environment in all weathers (uniform is provided)!

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
We are looking for Ride Operators to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
