Come work in a castle as a Retail Team Leader and start your greatest adventure! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to take charge of our retail gift shops. As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high store standards and unleash your creativity to explore new and exciting revenue opportunities. In this role, you'll be more than just a leader, you’ll be a coach, a motivator and a key player in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. With no two days the same, you’ll be involved in everything from stock control and visual merchandising to food hygiene audits and shop upkeep. This is a 64-acre site with units positioned all around this area which has different gradients, the successful applicant would be required to be positioned at all retail outlets and be comfortable in doing so. This will be a fixed term (contracted to January 2028), working over 5 days, which will include weekends and bank holidays, plus evening shifts. Qualifications
