London, we bring fairy tales to life through laugh-out-loud shows, immersive sets and unforgettable misadventures with Shrek, Donkey and the DreamWorks gang. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable Retail Assistants to join our team during our busy October season. You’ll also get the unique chance to support at The London Dungeon, meaning you really will experience the best of both worlds.
As a Retail Host, you’ll be at the heart of the guest journey. You’ll:
- Deliver friendly, efficient and helpful service to every guest
- Proactively engage with visitors, building excitement and recommending products
- Actively maximise sales through product knowledge and confident upselling
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, and retail areas are presented to the highest standard
- Keep all public areas clean, tidy and safe throughout the day
- Support colleagues and take initiative to solve challenges quickly
We have 1 permanent role and several fixed-term, seasonal positions. Flexibility is key as you’ll be part of a roster that includes weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
- You must be aged 18+ (some shifts require selling alcohol)
- Strong customer focus and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Confidence in approaching and interacting with a high volume of guests every day
- Experience in upselling and achieving sales targets
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or entertainment, with the ability to work under pressure to high standards
- A proactive approach, always ready to support colleagues and ensure Health & Safety standards are met
- Pride in delivering memorable experiences that go above and beyond guest expectations
