Merlin Entertainments in Alton Towers Resort is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to welcome guests and manage front desk duties across our hotels. The role requires availability 5 days out of 7 with early (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) or late (14:30 - 22:30) shifts, handling guest queries, cash and keys, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Applicants must be 18+ and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
